Admissions Process

Family Tour & Information Session

Join us for this small group time of presentation and tour. BCA Staff present a snapshot of Brookside to parents considering joining our family. A brief tour of the facility follows the presentation. Families may wish to take an application at this time and schedule a family interview.

Family Interview

The family interview allows parents (and possibly) the student to meet with BCA staff to discuss any specific questions about the school and any concerns for the student. It gives staff the opportunity to ask the family and student questions as well. It’s a less formal time to get to know one another. Families may wish to take an application at this time. Or if they already had one, submit it, along with the $150 Application Fee. The fee and application documentation secure a seat in the class for the student.

Financial Consultation

Before July 1, families should schedule a time to meet with the Financial Secretary to pay the $500 Instructional Supply Fee  and make financial arrangements for the tuition payments. We are flexible and accept most any plan. Parents must sign a tuition contract once an arrangement is agreed upon. All payments can be made through our online portal called Praxi Power.
